Assistant Minister Liu Haiquan attends China Investment Policy Seminar, jointly held by the Ministry of Commerce and Hong Kong Trade Development Council and delivers a keynote speech in Hong Kong on the morning of March 18. On the morning, Assistant Minister Liu Haiquan also attends and addresses the breakfast meeting held by Hong Kong Trade Development Council , and talks with officials from Hong Kong Monetary Authority on “belt and road” construction.
